Honestly i hadn't thought about rewards for meeting goals...
I know I want a bicycle, an Ipod(touch or product red nano, I haven't decided), and the new Kindle 2
I have lost and regained the same weight several times, and now I have added a lot more. The first reward will be for eating well (within range on calories, fat, protein, and carbs) for a month.
I believe that will merit the bicycle. There are a lot of bike and walking trails around here, and I need to get working out because May 16-June 4 I have a "West Trip" for Spring Minimester. We will be hiking every day and I don't want to be at the back of the pack.
Okay here's how I think it will work...
1. Eating on plan for 1 month = bicycle
2. Riding bicycle 5 days a week (weather permitting) for a month = ipod or solar laptop charger
3. working out 5 days a week for an hour at a time = new clothes for west trip + haircut
4. Being in the front of the pack for the entirely of west trip I'll probably have to note this in a journal while on the trip and then input the information when I get back on the 4th) = Kindle (or Ipod if I choose the solar laptop charger) + splurge on media for the device
