I hear you. I am also not good at relaxing. I can always think of one extra thing I want to do. Otherwise, I surf the 'net and that is fun but not relaxing or healthy!

I love to be alone and read or have a cup of tea. I also find cooking relaxing at times.

For minor relaxation, I play Everquest 2.

Hello Southerngagirl! I love what you did for relaxation. It reminds me of my childhood, playing in the bathtub. It's funny that kids seem to be programmed to know how to relax and have fun.

For relaxation, I like to blog on WordPress.com. If you want to check my blog out, it is 15lbstolose@wordpress.com. I just started blogging in December. It is so helpful to put your feelings into words. I also like sharing comments with the friends that I have made on there. I am looking forward to meeting new friends on SparkPeople also.

What do you do to relax?

I was writing my blog this morning and realized that I don't know how to relax and it would seem that no one in my family does! Well, that may be a bit of an exaggeration that we don't know at all, but we don't do it well. So, it was my mission today to do something. Here's what I did.

I filled the bathtub with water up to my ears and lay down in it. I just lay there with my ears under water and the sound all distorted soaking and enjoying myself. It was so very relaxing. I felt like a child again!!

So what do you do to relax? I need to build up my list of things to do!
