I see there have been no new questions since March. Hope this means everyone is doing well. If you do have questions, you may post them here or send me a sparkmail. Sparkmail might be better as I don't check this very often. The reason I'm posting this message is so that I can at a glance see that someone (me) has posted recently.

Select the button labelled "View Huddle Wall / Huddle Now" on the left side of the team page. Then you can either enter a message or click on one of the pre-written statements, then select the submit button at the bottom.

Hope this helps.

Probably by this time INTEND2LOSE knows how to do a huddle! (If not, post again and I'll try to help you.)

WENDERSKNITS, what you do is go to "My Fitness", and under Cardio, next to your cardio "plan" (The days you are doing Cardio), click "Change", and enter 2000 into "If you know how many calories you burn each week, enter it here:", or maybe 1500 if you don't always make it to 2000, or something. Note: You have to enter those calories everytime you change something on that site, days or whatever, or it will dissapear. Anyways, after you do this, your nutrition goals will adjust as well!

And RIDE18, sorry, but I am pretty sure you can't javascript:void(0)have more than one ticker.

Hey this is just a quick signature question. Can you put more than one of those ticker things in your sig? Cause I would like to have one for a special team goal and I can't even get it to put it in even via link.

Hi - My question is about calories, too and my weekly target.

The nutritional calorie range seems about rightMy fitness goal is ~750 calories per week but I actually come it more at about ~2000.

How should I adjust the calories for my food? Should I be eating those extra calories - ALL of them? Half? Does this even make sense?? :)

You go to the Start page, and under My goals, click "change" next to the "Consume _____ calories per day", and then you should click "edit" on the actual calories too, and then it'll change it, and you just click "save", that's how I have done it most of the times, I think! But it might also be that you just haven't lost enough weight yet.

Has anyone had their calories adjusted yet? I know it doesn't recalculate automatically. After recording my weight I have clicked on the "change goals" by weight on the start page, but it always gives me the same calorie range as it did on day 1. Am I missing a step, or have I just not lost enough weight yet for the calories to be lowered?

That's strange. You go to the SparkPoints-page, find the web search, click "search now", and then actually search for something in the box on the websearch page? That should do it, at least it does for me...

I've tried doing a "Spark People" websearch to try and get that extra spark point, and I never get a point added. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how to do it and get the point?

I was hoping to get it to automatically put the first post on top but that's okay. I'll definetely try the hover thing though. I think that'll help. Thanks.

Ride18, if you click on the sort button on the top right of the message area it puts the first post on top. Also, I hover over the posted message before going into it, to see what the original post was. Is this what you were asking about?

Hey quick question here

Is there a way to set some sort of default setting os that whenever I read a discussion forum, I'll be able to read from the first post to the last post instead of vice versa. I can do it for the individual thread but I'd like it to be all the time.

Hi SKNNERMOM,
Click on My Tools and then Spark Points. You can do all kinds of things...enter food into an online journal; track your water consumption; read articles; track your exercise and other goals; track goals for other family members; huddle with your team; post messages; and so much more!
Welcome to this site and team! It is AWESOME.

Hi everyone,
Question on Spark points. I just started on 1/19/09 and have a 5 point difference between my total points (1019) and my January points (1024). No, I haven't purchased anything with my points but wonder why there is this difference.
Thank you for your help.

Click on "My Spark Page" under "Quick Links on the far right hand side and down aways on the screen. Then click "Edit my SparkPage." On the far right hand side, there should be a box that says "Personal Signature." Type what you want to appear at the end of all your posts in the box, then go back up and click "Save your changes." You should then have a signature on all your posts. Hope this helps!

TIMBITSMOM, it doesn't demote your trophy! Don't worry! You just have fewer points to "spend" on Spark Goodies in the future.

I have a question:

when you use sparkpoints to, for instance, give goodies to friends, you spend them and the number goes down.
Does that demote your trophy ??

Spark points are just a motivational tool. As you earn Spark Points, the little star in your "current trophy" will get bigger and change into different rewards. You can also use them to send SparkGoodies to your friends on their SparkPage, which is just an e-gift with a message--they don't actually get the presents in real life!

For a piece of pizza, go to My Tools then My Nutrition. Click "Add a food" and search for pizza. You may not find the exact kind of pizza you had, but you should be able to find a pretty close comparison. Hope this helps!
