I am trying to come up with ideas for a few challenges starting in the fall to the end of the year.
What kind of challenges do you want to see? What will get you motivated?
I've heard that you like the Lose 5% by Labor Day Challenge so we are going to do another one like that.
Do you like fitness challenges: minutes or steps to exercise or food challenges: try to eat the colors of the rainbow or meet your daily goals every day?
