I really enjoy fitness challenges! Getting points motivates me! And I loved the challenge you had where we could pick activities after getting cardio minutes = ) I would love to give it a go again!

I like the calorie differential, it encompass both eating and fitness. I will try the 5% one, if you run that one again.. Loseing something by the holidays sounds good. My friends at work call Oct 31 through NewYears the eating season. I really like the one where we picked activities for the time we spent in fitness.

I like fitness challenges, too. Minutes or videos; I need some motivation to move!
Thanks

I did forget to say that I do LOVE the 5% challenge too! It has probably helped me the most this summer, because it gave me a goal that was very attainable without feeling like I was setting myself up for failure.

I like the fitness ones too. The lose 5% challenge isn't working out for me right now, I'm stuck at a plateau so fitness is doable for me.

I prefer fitness exercises. I'm up for a variety...calories burned, minutes worked out, maybe some specific videos or exercise requirements.

Thanks for asking!

Hello By the Numbers

I am trying to come up with ideas for a few challenges starting in the fall to the end of the year.
What kind of challenges do you want to see? What will get you motivated?

I've heard that you like the Lose 5% by Labor Day Challenge so we are going to do another one like that.

Do you like fitness challenges: minutes or steps to exercise or food challenges: try to eat the colors of the rainbow or meet your daily goals every day?

Drop me a note or post here some challenges you'd like to see.
