I like the calorie differential, it encompass both eating and fitness. I will try the 5% one, if you run that one again.. Loseing something by the holidays sounds good. My friends at work call Oct 31 through NewYears the eating season. I really like the one where we picked activities for the time we spent in fitness.
I did forget to say that I do LOVE the 5% challenge too! It has probably helped me the most this summer, because it gave me a goal that was very attainable without feeling like I was setting myself up for failure.
