I haven't posted in a long time I have gained back some weight and more. I have been going to respitary therapy and to a gym. I am afraid I have been sick and just haven't kept track. I would like to keep up with it all but now its on facebook instead of my email I liked it better on email but I will try harder.
i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.
current weight: 226.0

Meddy-Glad that you will join us again. Regardless of what your calorie number is, I've heard that it's good to mix it up, some days high, some days low, to keep our bodies guessing. Good luck with your journey!

The experience of being questioned because of my diet choice scared me to stop posting in the challenge thread blow - but I have learned what all that fuzz came from and it had nothing to do with my posts here so I will be glad to take on that challenge again in the future. It is motivational to me to try to creat a "Minus" in calories every day...
