I wish she would "show" the modifications she has in mind. There are many inexperienced exercisers on here probably, who would benefit from that. I really like video's where they show both versions, or at least a brief demo of the modified version. Most times I can do my own modifications, but sometimes could use ideas. Like Double Leg Lifts (or lowers) for example. Not recommended for one's back, at least not if it's already weak or injured. So would be good to see what she would call a modification of that, that would still offer similar benefits.
