Yes - changing habits. Can't wait to have this studying out of the way & be able to get off my butt! lol

I wish she would "show" the modifications she has in mind. There are many inexperienced exercisers on here probably, who would benefit from that. I really like video's where they show both versions, or at least a brief demo of the modified version. Most times I can do my own modifications, but sometimes could use ideas. Like Double Leg Lifts (or lowers) for example. Not recommended for one's back, at least not if it's already weak or injured. So would be good to see what she would call a modification of that, that would still offer similar benefits.

No criticisms of her or Sparks intended here.

ok back to the books - only 8 more chapers to review for my Medical Terminology test Sat) whee

Thanks for sharing.
Yes, I had to modify the exercises a lot but the challenge seems to be turning my winter slump around! It has made me realize that I do have time to get in some quick exercise early in the morning.
I have been very careful to do the exercises in a way and at a speed that is appropriate for my body. I do wish they had a structured Bootcamp for mature folks like me who are no longer 20 and have some injuries to deal with. None the less it is changing my attitude and therefore my habits! Yeah!

I did, & it has been instrumental in inspiring me to get back on my own routine. I'm working on it, but still have Finals going on, not to mention I've gotten awfully stiff the last few weeks of nothing but study.

I may not stay with that challenge, & I hope it is not taken as negative or a deterrent to anyone else. Many of Coach Nicole's exercise choices are not good for ANYone with back problems. There are much safer alternatives that I choose to do. She says to modify & that is good. The challenge is going to get a lot of people motivated & into a routine of exercising more daily. But I personally, may use the schedule from the challenge, but do my own video's. (not part of the team) Either way, it has gotten my brain turned back toward exercise, & regularity with it, so it has been a good thing.

Hi Team,
I started the Spring Into Shape Bootcamp this week and wondered if anyone else on the team is doing it. I have to say I feel very klutzy doing the videos but I am doing them. I already feel different. There is certainly a lot to be said for making a commitment. :) Janet
