Ran a 5k on my treadmill..... =)

Feeling great, going to go to the gym today, then tonight at home, plan to jog/run another 5k on my treadmill..........gotta get this dang on weight OFF of me!!!

Good Morning Everyone!

Linda.....since this is a sticky topic, can you change the title to remove the date? Will be nice to have a place to say good morning each day!

I am SO stiff & sore this morning! Between the treadmill, the Jackie Warner dvd on Sunday & Zumba last night I'm a wreck! ;-) Today is my day off from exercise, thank goodness! Gotta give the old muscles time to recover!

Going out for dinner tonight....hoping I can stick to my plan!

Fantastic Marty!!

I'm sitting here at work wishing I was at home on my treadmill! I just started the 5K training program and I'm anxious! I'm not supposed to run today...only 3 times a week. I guess I'll just walk tonight. Was going to go to Zumba, but the weather is not cooperating. I don't like to be out on the roads at night when there's ice & snow around.

Sounds like everyone is having a good day!!

Great job on the walk this morning Linda!!

What a wonderful idea!!

I would be happy to "stickie" it if you want to make this a daily thread? No date, just a sort of "what's happening with you today" sort of title?

I was lazy today and didn't get out of bed until after 7a.m. but I did complete my 3 mile morning walk!

Good morning to you!

Great weather here in the mid-south, but I have a paper due tomorrow that I haven't BEGUN, so it's nose to the grindstone for me...until 5:00pm when two friends and I go out to birthday dinner and then to see Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Ensemble.

Good Morning!

Hope no one minds me starting a thread...being new here and all don't want to overstep my bounds!

Thought it would be fun to just have a check in thread for the day. Just to say Hi, have a good one, etc etc

I woke up to 4 inches of wet snow and its still coming down! Ugh...I'm ready for spring and golf season!!

I have my eating for the day all planned out and tonight is Zumba at the Y...weather permitting.

How is your day shaping up?
