hi, My goal is to drop 60 pounds by august 1, which I don't think will happen. It mgiht happen by the end of the year... so I will settle for dropping and KEEPING OFF 30 pounds by August 1.
Also a note to BETHR... forget pounds, go for measuring inches... its the only thing that has kept me going because several weeks can go by and I will not loose and keep off weight, but the inches keep falling off!!
1. Get my head back on straight again and get back into my healthy habits. 2. Allow myself ice cream ONLY 1 time per week! 3. Seek out some personal happiness. (Maybe then the rest will fall into place.)
