I stay within my range at least 5 days per week, usually 6.
It varies. But I am on maintenance.
When I was losing, I stayed within range daily.

I went from 210-120 in 16 months with SparkPeople!
In Maintenance since 8/11/09!! (backslid without internet but still within normal range!)

I didn't "make it happen" the first time, I "made it happen" the last time!
I'm way under, I'm way over
and some days I actually get in the range.
I'm trying to get the food choices right and the quantities before I worry about the numbers again.
You can't out-exercise a bad diet.

There's nothing wrong with using the word "diet". It comes from the Greek word "diaita", meaning way of life. So to lose weight and keep it off we need to change our way of life.

How often do you guys stay in your recommended calorie ranges? Are you strict at 7 days a week or do you just do the best you can?
The calorie range is sooo hard for me LOL
