I struggle some weekends and can gain about 2 pounds. I just face the scale on Monday and get back on track.

Generally one to two pounds. Last winter I struggled with 3-4 pounds but always got them off again.

We're only human and temptations are all around us. Best bet is to just get back on track as soon as you can. And not to beat ourselves up.
