As we head into winter and the holiday season, I am concentrating on maintaining my weight - hopefully not to go over 117.

What are your goals for October? What do you hope to have accomplished by the end of the month? What can we help you with or encourage you to do?

I am going to continue to stay within my calorie range most days of the week. Also trying for a weekly average calorie differential of -500 per day (-3,500 for the week).
And of course, see a loss this month.
