What are your goals for October? What do you hope to have accomplished by the end of the month? What can we help you with or encourage you to do?
I am going to continue to stay within my calorie range most days of the week. Also trying for a weekly average calorie differential of -500 per day (-3,500 for the week).
And of course, see a loss this month.
