I already read and commented on your blog!
The way I handle my "hungry monster" is to not allow myself to get hungry. I eat on schedule and I do eat if I am hungry.
Every time I reach a new weight I face several days of "hunger" and I have learned to feed it. This will happen about 3 times before my body will accept the new weight. Then I maintain and start heading down another pound.
I am blessed that I can eat the same things day in and day out without worrying about boredom.

I didn't "make it happen" the first time, I "made it happen" the last time!
I just blogged today about my fear of the hungry monster in me. Today, I think I found a new way to think about him. Check out my blog and if you have some thoughts about how you handle your "hungry monster" I would love to hear them!
