I already read and commented on your blog!

The way I handle my "hungry monster" is to not allow myself to get hungry. I eat on schedule and I do eat if I am hungry.

Every time I reach a new weight I face several days of "hunger" and I have learned to feed it. This will happen about 3 times before my body will accept the new weight. Then I maintain and start heading down another pound.

I am blessed that I can eat the same things day in and day out without worrying about boredom.

I went from 210-120 in 16 months with SparkPeople!
Back to 145 with Ray's Heart Valve recovery :(
My maintenance range is 120-125 lbs.
(In Maintenance since 8/11/09!! - I'll be back!)
