If you've tried it or heard about it. What is your opinion? Are the corn and soy industry behind the "saturated fat scare?" Are we brainwashed by these big industries? I have a friend who is very educated about health and nutrition who has been trying for years to get me to eat coconut milk and oil, but I just couldn't bring myself to add more fat to my diet. She claims it will help your metabolism and I've just done some research and found many hopeful things, but I have another friend who is dead set against it. I researched for hours and found no personal testimonies of anyone harmed by eating this, but I found hundreds who claim weight loss, more energy, etc...
