I did try the posted ones but if I am unable to do too much of the video, then it isn't helping me. I just am not able to jump and hop. And I have a lot of trouble with crunches.
Look through the videos and find ones that you can do better. You can always try the original ones again as you become more comfortable with the exercises.

Jenete is right, don't give up! Use all the modifications you need! Last year, I had trouble with some of the videos, now it is going better. Just hang on there!

Mary Ann you have got it right ... they say practice becomes perfect the more you do it the better you will get at doing them. Don't give up just do what you can daily.

Well, on the positive side I've managed to do some kind of movement as I've stumbled through the videos.... on the negative, the only video I can honestly say I felt confident doing was the upper body video! But that's the whole idea I guess, do what you can and you should get better week by week! Mary Ann

The stability ball is powerful but I was glad that it was a short workout. It's too late and I'm too tired for a longer workout.

How is it going?
This morning was a very short woorkout, but I love the exercises with the stability ball.

I joined the bootcamp but missed today's workout. We were out of town this weekend and today was travel day back. It took longer to get home because of the snow packed roads until we got to a major highway then it was faster going. Close to Kansas City we encountered two slow downs due to accidents on the road.

Three! (we are counting off, right?) Oops, I guess MIKIIO is One - that makes me FOUR!
I will need to modify the jumping today but we are allowed to do that. I have already found it to log it into my fitness tracker! Modified my blog for the extra daily challenge too!

I wonder who is doing the January Bootcamp! Let's count our bootcampers!
I thought we might support each other through the month, and see how we're doing.
I hope someone in this team will get their hands on one of the amazing prices. I'm not eligible for the prizes, but don't forget to sign in and report your fitness minutes within your fitness tracker if you live in the US.
Day-1 begins today!!!!! Are you ready for it?
Reporting for duty, fellow bootcampers!
