Ran up to the new Rec. Center I just found out about & hopped on the elliptical for 25 mins- doesn't sound like a lot, but I was sure happy to get to do it. Have been out with a heel blister for a couple of days.

I was a complete slug last week, so today I'm getting back into the swing of things. I've done some yoga so far, and will ride my stationary bike later. It's POURING down rain, or I'd be riding outside.

I did my morning cardio ... walking on the treadmill = 45 mins and this afternoon I did my upperbody circuit training 70 mins Total exercise minutes = 115
