We still have the By The Numbers Calorie Deficit Chart but now it will be available online.
I uploaded the original chart and made it public www.editgrid.com/explore/user/raylinstephe
and called it By The Numbers Chart and made it public for read & write.
HOWEVER, are you aware that SparkPeople has a daily calorie differential report that members can access. This report shows your daily calorie deficit (or excess) based on the food that you have tracked, your BMR and the exercise that you have entered.
They also have a monthly Calorie Differential Report.
It is found by going to the My Tools bar and clicking on Reports. It used to require you to do some of the math. Now it automatically shows you where you are at to the right of the graph.
Thank you Janet, LIVNFITNHAPPY, for finding this information and providing instructions! This will be easier for most people and no chart is necessary!
