HOWEVER, are you aware that SparkPeople has a daily calorie differential report that members can access. This report shows your daily calorie deficit (or excess) based on the food that you have tracked, your BMR and the exercise that you have entered.
They also have a monthly Calorie Differential Report.
It is found by going to the My Tools bar and clicking on Reports. It used to require you to do some of the math. Now it automatically shows you where you are at to the right of the graph.
