Hi my name is Elizabeth i just joined this site. I am married with 2 boys. I am a stay at home mom and homeschool my oldest son. I was involved in a car accident a year ago and havent been the same since. i have packed on the weight. so now am trying to loose. i have a 10 And 8 year old boys

I love the WATP DVD also. Mine, however has vanished, I'm thinking my 2 year old may have something to do with it, lol. Time to start spring cleaning. I got to find it! I also have Walk Slim: 5 really big miles, but I've only used it once. A walk buddy would be great. It's usually just my girl and me. It gets frustrating at times. I don't know what I'd do without that dvd

Hi there, I've been a member of this team for awhile but not too active :( I have done the WATP DVD before. I liked that I could do it in my living room. Now I go for walks outside with my son but it used to be really important to work out at home. I didn't always have the luxury of a good walking neighborhood. Now I have sidewalks and I'm happy. Welcome to the team.

Discipline is remembering what you really want.

Hi and welcome to the team. I am not moving but I was able to not work (atleast for a while) and stay home with the new little one. I'm so enjoying it. I have one WATP dvd. Where would I find the challenge you are doing at?

Hello everyone! Just joined the SAHM team and thought I'd introduce myself. I have recently been able to quit a very stressful job in order to get our house ready to put on the market in March. My hubby took a new job and has relocated to AL and the kids (3) and I will be joining him once school is out in June (if the house sells!). This is a Huge Adventure for all of us and pretty darn scary! In the last 7 years I have gained back the 40lbs that I lost by Walking Away the Pounds. I've decided to use SparkPeople and WATP to lose the weight once and for all. I want to start over this year and become a new me! Anyone else doing Walk Away the Pounds? I'm finishing up week 2 of her 6 week Walk Diet and week 3 starts using weights. Would love to find a Walk Buddy to keep me motivated! Have a great day all!
