I just got mine last week. I read the first chapter about spark Guy's story. It's awesome where he started and his journey to where he's at now. And all those people featured in the before/after section....wow! Those stories are inspiring, I'm glad I bought mine. I also got the cookbook

I bought and read the spark and I bought the 2 dvds. I've read the spark and I will say it gives you a different perspective on how spark people works in other parts of you life, not just losing weight. It shows you how one thing can effect many parts of your as a whole and I found it very inspirational. The DVD's a great. They are much like the bootcamp videos you see here. The warm up and cool down on cardio blast is a little longer. the total cardio time from start to finish is actually about 20 minutes, but worth the purchase. My 3 year old like to do the jumprope routine with me, well her version of the jumprope anyway I love fit firm and fired up. it's kept me doing my ST and that is a miracle cause I hate ST as a rule. Nothing too hard you'll need hand weight a mat and a strait back, stable chair. Those work outs are 10 minutes or less.
I just purchased the book. What motivated me was the online video I watched about how this all started and it seems like an inspirational read. I have only started a small amount since we are so busybwith the houseguesrs but I figured no one on here has ever said not to buy it!
