I bought and read the spark and I bought the 2 dvds. I've read the spark and I will say it gives you a different perspective on how spark people works in other parts of you life, not just losing weight. It shows you how one thing can effect many parts of your as a whole and I found it very inspirational. The DVD's a great. They are much like the bootcamp videos you see here. The warm up and cool down on cardio blast is a little longer. the total cardio time from start to finish is actually about 20 minutes, but worth the purchase. My 3 year old like to do the jumprope routine with me, well her version of the jumprope anyway
I love fit firm and fired up. it's kept me doing my ST and that is a miracle cause I hate ST as a rule. Nothing too hard you'll need hand weight a mat and a strait back, stable chair. Those work outs are 10 minutes or less.
