Thank you! I hope to climb in the ranks when the weather cools down and I can start walking longer distances again. Right now walking when I can and doing a glider and DVDs on the days it is just too hot. Thank you for the goodie too!
I am so proud and inspired by these team members who are serious about their healthy living goals. I for one still fall short and don't take the time to track my fitness minutes. Lets all try to really make an effort to track our fitness minutes until the end of this month! Let's encourage ourselves by tracking our hard work.
