When I was in the military I found that I just had to make myself get up early and work out. I'm not a morning person either, but you have to carve that time out for yourself.
You might be able to try something like 10 minute trainer so you can do more compound stuff that will get you more results in a shorter amount of time until you get your schedule down.
One bonus with working out first thing in the morning is that once your body adjusts you have more energy throughout the day.
