I have P90X and have done the first month twice. physical injury stopped me the first time, emotional one the second time.

I just ordered ChaLean Extreme yesterday, I have 2 ten day zumba programs to get through then I will start CLX. Can't wait, its the first leg in my BeachBody Crusade.

The first Beachbody program I bought was Turbo Jam, which I loved. I then bought ChaLEAN Extreame when it came out, and loved it as well. I continued to do TJ while doing CLX. I then got Turbo Fire as soon as it came out, and haven't done a TJ workout since. I love Chalene and if she puts out another video set I will probably buy it as well.

I also have P90X. I successfully completed about a month of it a year ago, but ended up hurting my back. I fell off of the wagon at that point, but I'm hoping to complete an entire P90X round starting in January 2013.

I also bought Brazilian Butt Lift, but I never really enjoyed those workouts. I'm not sure if it's something I'd ever do consistently.

Currently my husband and I are in month 2 of CLX. The TF stuff isn't really something he wants to do, so we do the CLX cardio together, but I usually add the TF HITT workout on a couple of the lifting days, and I'll do a longer cardio video if he wants to have 2 rest days in a week.

I posted my response to this on the Beachbody Buddies page. I'm totally addicted to Chalene. I could probably send you some stuff through email about all the programs. What are looking to do in reference to your exercise and health?

I see you hve posted this question on all 3 Turbo teams, I'm just going to repond to this one. I started with Turbo Jam about 6 years ago. I couldn't keep my arms going for the entire workout (for any of the Cardio Party/PKJ workouts) for what seemed forever. Then about 3 years ago I added Chalean Extreme (CLX). Love, love, love these workouts. I love that I keep track of my weights each time, so I can watch my progress and push myself if I see that I have been at the same amount for a few weeks. Then about a year ago I got Turbo Fire. These are crazy fast, super intense, and I am totally addicted to them. I now do my own made-up hybrid of the 3 programs: CLX + one of the Cardio Parties on MWF, a HIIT workout and a Fire workout on T/Th/S.I rotate through the various workouts and try not to do the same combinations every week. I also force myself to add an Ab workout 2-3 days per week. I don't do any of the CLX cardio anymore, no particular reason but that I really love TF and prefer those. I love Chalene's positive outlook and sunny disposition, its a great way to start my day. So that's my story, not sure if you are considering these programs and if so, if I helped you out at all.

Decide. Commit. Succeed.
