When I did Chalean in the past, I was pretty fit, and close to my goal weight. Well, I am now 42 years old, and have been on oral steroids for the past year (on & off), so I have about 40lbs to lose to get to my goal. My question is, should I use CLX to lose the weight? CAN I lose weight while I'm building muscle, or will I need to add in more cardio? I am a working mother of 2 energetic boys, so time is limited.....
