Runholtzie, I agree with you 100% I should have mentioned that yes when I'm starting one of her new videos I do listen to it but if I've already gone through it a few times I know what she is going to say and therefore i will just play my own music :-) I also subscribed to her site so when she puts a new video or challenge up I always get an email notification.
BlackJack, thanks for the info about blogilates.com as I have the problem with getting bored also. I agree that listening to your own music would be more satisfying but you may miss the information she is giving about form.

mom2brandon I'm 42yrs old too and have been on Sparks now for about a year on and off. I started with just CLX then from what other people were telling me I needed to get cardio into my work out too. So I got Turbo Fire which I got bored with doing the same things over and over again so I got Zumba. I liked doing CLX for strength training and zumba and turbo fire for cardio but again I got bored with doing the same thing over and over ( see a trend here lol) so I found this sight blogiates.com the lady is a little too chippy for me so I tend to mute her and listen to my own music but her work outs are kick butt. So now what I've been doing is I will do CLX for the strength training and then do one of the target videos on blogiates and then add zumba to them on the days I don't do CLX. So far I'm happy with the results and I haven't gotten bored with the routines. basically yeah you still need some form of cardio in your workout routine besides strength training if you are looking to lose weight.
When I did Chalean in the past, I was pretty fit, and close to my goal weight. Well, I am now 42 years old, and have been on oral steroids for the past year (on & off), so I have about 40lbs to lose to get to my goal. My question is, should I use CLX to lose the weight? CAN I lose weight while I'm building muscle, or will I need to add in more cardio? I am a working mother of 2 energetic boys, so time is limited.....
