Keep on keeping on! Don't be discouraged that you "only" lost 1.4. I lost very little as far as pounds go throughout the program, but I lost 21 inches. That's a lot, and you can better believe that means more than how many pounds I lost!
Keep pushing, you got this. Don't let the scale ever tell you how successful you are. I only lost a couple of pounds but lost 24 inches during the whole routine. You are improving your life and getting stronger...that is what counts the most.

I have found that Push month makes me starving hungry. I am always so glad when its over! I also lose less in that month than the other 2 phases, maybe because I end up eating more. As long as your progress is forward, then its all good (at least that's what I tell myself).
As for pounds lost, it was only 1.4 lbs. I guess I can be happy with that because that makes it roughly 1 lb a week since I started the program. It left me 2 lbs away from my 5% loss goal I have written down. I was hoping to hit the 5% goal today. But I can't be mad about it. I did my best and I ate more than usual in this phase. I was just very hungry. And now I know it was my metabolism kicking in. I just need to really watch what goes in my mouth this month.
Month 2 push phase was mentally exhausting for me. I have no idea why either. I really wish I would have done measurements for this program but I opted to use my clothes. I can say clothes are fitting better but not loose. My stomach and butt seem to be my big hang on places.
