Since I started CLX I've gained nearly 4 pounds. I'm only on week 2, day 4. I have added calories as I was eating around 1300-1400 a day before on my weight loss plan and I figured that wasn't enough for these workouts. Plus I felt so hungry and shaky if I didn't add them. I'm listening to my body, eating when I need to, eating actual, real foods and not processed ones, focusing on lean proteins, fruits/veg, whole grains. Has it just been too short a time? Is my body just trying to adjust? It could be cyclical, too. I guess I just need to keep doing what I'm doing and wait it out, since the other alternative is to quit and I'm not about to do that!
I have a friend who did boot camp years ago and she told me that she gained 8 pounds but her clothes fit so much better. I'm okay with that. I'm just wondering if anyone else saw an increase or stall in weight loss during CLX. I honestly never thought I'd weigh as little as I do anyway since I was so overweight my whole life. I want to focus on overall health and not the number. Just wondering what others have experienced.
