I kind of wish I would have measured but I decided to use clothes. I figured on week 3 when I didn't have a muffie top on my only pair of shorts that fit, it was a good sign and all things were going in the right direction. I honestly did not expect to lose so much but I guess adding the variety and additional day of cardio and 1 or 2 HIITS on the strength days helped. I've read alot of blogs that many people added a short cardio before the strength and it helped them. So I took a queue from them. Hoping for more this month.
So FLGIRL_4EVER you lost the most inches on your month 2? That would be a wonderful thing for me. I can get over the weight part of it as long as clothes are fitting better and I can fit into all my stuff or better yet, they are becoming loose.
