I have found if I do my cardio before the CLX, it helps out alot. Otherwise I go on muscle overload and can't do but 5 minutes of a cardio workout after lifting. That is what works best for me. Maybe try TJ before you do your strength?

I am on my 4th day. Tonight I will do my first Burn Intervals/Ab routine. I really thought Burn 2 was harder than it looked. I had a lot of trouble with the bowling lunges. I tried to do Turbo Jam after doing my Burn 1, but I didn't make it. I couldn't lift my arms up to punch.I thought I would try Turbo Jam again after Burn 2, but that was a no go also---this time it was my legs.

I had great success with Turbo Fire and CLX. Just started CLX over for the second time around. I am on Push month right now. You will have great success with this program) emoticon

If I remember right it was 14 out of the 24 that I lost that month. No muffin top is a wonderful nonscale victory! Congrats on your success so far! Can't wait to hear how the rest of your phases go.

I kind of wish I would have measured but I decided to use clothes. I figured on week 3 when I didn't have a muffie top on my only pair of shorts that fit, it was a good sign and all things were going in the right direction. I honestly did not expect to lose so much but I guess adding the variety and additional day of cardio and 1 or 2 HIITS on the strength days helped. I've read alot of blogs that many people added a short cardio before the strength and it helped them. So I took a queue from them. Hoping for more this month.

So FLGIRL_4EVER you lost the most inches on your month 2? That would be a wonderful thing for me. I can get over the weight part of it as long as clothes are fitting better and I can fit into all my stuff or better yet, they are becoming loose.

I lost the most inches off the second phase, lost a total of 24" the whole 90 days. I just restarted CE doing a hybrid of that and TubroFire. Hoping for more weight loss this time.

Great job! I hardly lost any weight during the Burn phase back when I first did it, but I dropped a whole lot of inches.

I just started CE again today. This will be my 4th time through (I think).

I am done with Burn Phase and started Push Phase today. I did modify the original program and hybrid it with Turbofire and Rockin' Body. I kept my Monday/Wednesday/Friday strength days from CLX and added a HIIT to 1 or 2 of the those days, a rockin' body on the day 2 (rest) and subbed burn it off with a turbofire dvd...whatever I felt like that day. That is 5-6 days of some type of cardio and 3 days of strength training. I did not do any measuring of my body but used my clothing as a gauge. And I only weighed myself at month's end. I am good at not getting on the scale and the less I get on it, the better I feel about myself. It also helps with not seeing those fluctuations in the numbers. I only need to see it one time a month. Anyway....month 1 results: 8 lbs gone. I hope to see something similar for the push phase. I hear that this is the month where weight may stahl or you may even see a gain. I'm hoping by adding in the cardio that I did last month, it will offset a plateau. We shall see.
