Thanks for the reply!

I have no doubt that I will be able to exercise while on vacation. In fact I thought that I could do some running since its been a while since I have done that. I will just have to do what I can do while I am there and then pick back up with my program when I come home. I guess the back up plan can be to bring all my dvds and hope for the best. Maybe I can get some of my formal workouts in somehow.

First, you lucky girl! :-) Enjoy yourself!!
Second, I had a similar situation last year. I purchased Bodylastics and even used them in the car. Those, and plain ol' pushups kept me going. :-) Even without the bands, pushups and other body weight exercises should be possible. If the camper is too tight, maybe wallies? Squats, lunges, chin ups, etc. - you'll lack weights, but it's something, right? It doesn't have to a formal program, all done in one sitting, to keep us in shape! (That was a tough one for me to keep in mind!)

I recently told my mom I would go on vacation with her for approximately 9 days in August. As I talked about the trip with her this past weekend I realized that it might be next to impossible to workout while I am on vacation. Normally I wouldn't say impossible because I would certainly try to figure out a plan, but this time it is a little different. Our tentative plan is to travel to South Carolina stay over night at my one aunts house and then continue on to Georgia to see my other aunt. When we get to Georgia the plan is to stay in a camper on a lake the entire week. Usually when I stay anywhere on vacation I have a room to myself or at least with my mom and that is where I would workout before starting my day. Since I won't have an area to workout. I don't really know how to handle this. I really don't think that I want to workout out outside for everyone to stare and I know there won't be enough room inside the camper to do my workouts. Should I just take this week off and then continue when I get back? I would hate to ruin any progress that I have made by taking a week off.
