Dani, I did this program and I loved it. You have to enjoy lifting weights as you will be lifting pretty heavy in the program. I lost a lot of inches on the this program but there was not enough cardo so after I finished this program I started Turbo Fire and I am doing one the weight lifting programs once a week. It has been working. I hope this helped. Kristen
