Hello all - my progress is slow, but steady. My morning workouts are sot on, however - so far this week only 1 PM workout. I am almost finished with burn week 3. Still hoping for more energy in the afternoons next week.
I had really high hopes for this week. However, I have been feeling so yucky!! On the plus side I have done either a Burn circuit or a TF workout every weekday morning for the last 2 weeks. My goal was to add in a second workout in the afternoon - which did not happen. I will keep working hard in the mornings and hope to feel better soon.

Its been a LONG time since Ive been on sparkpeople, but I am needing - and ready to do another CE round. I am wanting to add TF for added calories. Anybody want to join me?? I am starting Monday May 7th and plan to do 90 days. I found a different hybrid here on the classenges forum that I am using (as opposed to the one in the TF booklet). ON a geat day, my goal is to do both TF and CE, but the reality is that might not always happen. I am committed to doing CE strength on MWF mornings. Doing a TF Tues and Thurs mornings. ON sat and sun mornings I will run or do TF or CE cardio. I would like to add in HIITs in the afternoon - but right now I am having some energy issues due to changes in meds, so we will see how that does. Wish me luck - and I hope others will join in as well. Let's do this together!!!!!
