Hi, I have them and I love them.
Especially ball workout extreme intervals. It's a lot of fun, and it kicks my butt :) It's a 45 minute workout, and there is no rest. Really intense.
Dynamic Yoga is also great, I do it on days I'm supposed to do Burn it off & recharge.
Lower body is tough but great.
I think You will love it too. Even though, it's only three new workouts, I use them as a substitute for my cardio workouts to break a routine a bit. I don't think I could use them alone.
