Hi, my husband and I are doing Chalean Extreme together and he has 40 plus lbs to lose. I have not used any of the recipes, however I reviewed the Burn ones as that is our phase and took note that they are basically protein, veggies, some fruit and the only carb she used was a low carb whole wheat wrap. I do not eat grains because of a pre-diabetes issue (my body does not respond well to them - even healthy ones and my sugar will go too high), and limit my fruit for the same reason. However, you are welcome to look at my food log, even though it has been only 2 days and it is very boring! I wanted to mention that I juice. I have not in the past two days so it is not in my log. But I juice, usually every day...one whole bunch of celery, one cucumber and some fennel (if I can get it). That is the base. I may throw in a red pepper. This is a great way to get massive veggies with basically no calories and it is a natural diuretic. Plus, trust me you will be very "regular" if you know what I mean!!!! Good luck:)

So I seem to have lost my meal plan for CLX and I do not remember any of the recipes. I am wanting to lose 45lbs in 5 months, not sure if I will reach that, but I am thinking here in a month or so I will do CLX again. I was wondering if you all would post some of your favorite recipes so I can get them down! Thanks!!
