I have 80 more pounds to lose. I did CLX from mid Dec and finished up this March. I lost only .6 pounds, but my diet/calories weren't perfect...now this is why I think you should do it and do it now.
I lost 24 inches total. 5" in my hips, 4.5" around my waist, 5" from my chest and the other areas (arms, legs) I lost the rest. So make sure you take pictures, take your measurements and not only focus on the scale.
You should definitely start working out now! No time to lose! :D
As for your diet, have you tried the Shakeology system? A smoothie/protein shake for breakfast and then two healthy meals and two healthy snacks. I generally eat a huge salad for lunch with greens, tomatoes, avocado, pumpkin seeds, grated carrots/beets, cucumber, chickpeas, etc. For supper vegetables, rice and beans or tofu.

I just bought this system and I am unsure of when I should start.
A little background, at the end of 2010, I did P90X, then got pregnant in Jan. 2011 and welcomed a beautiful baby girl in October. I lost all desire to workout while pregnant and indulged more than I should have!! I have currently lost 22 of 50 total pounds on weight watcher. I would like to start getting fitter as well as working towards my goal.
So my question is, should I wait until I am closer to my goal weight to start this program, or is this a good addition to my diet to help me shed 28 more pounds??
Any suggestions on how to adjust my diet?
