I just bought this system and I am unsure of when I should start.
A little background, at the end of 2010, I did P90X, then got pregnant in Jan. 2011 and welcomed a beautiful baby girl in October. I lost all desire to workout while pregnant and indulged more than I should have!! I have currently lost 22 of 50 total pounds on weight watcher. I would like to start getting fitter as well as working towards my goal.
So my question is, should I wait until I am closer to my goal weight to start this program, or is this a good addition to my diet to help me shed 28 more pounds??
Any suggestions on how to adjust my diet?
