I bought a Bosu ball for my husband (who has always wanted one but didn't want to spend the money on it) for Christmas. Since giving it to him, he's used it one time. I decided since it's just been sitting there, it's been long enough past the "gifting" to be able to use it. It came with a DVD with 4 different workouts. Since I was feeling really sore and tight today, I decided to do the long and lean one, which is like yoga and pilates. I put the DVD, pressed play, and guess who the instructor was??? CHALENE JOHNSON!!! I was like, "Oh my gosh, it's CHALENE!!" LOL! Just wanted to pass it along for all of the Chalene fans, if you're like me you have to have every one of her workouts.
