Wow -Crystal !! Congrats on the 50lbs loss last year. I'm going to start Lean phase tomorrow.. I was falling behind so I haven't started yet.. I actually started walking on the treadmill more because I've really been slacking on the cardio days with Chalene. Hoping to be full force this week!

Anyone else still here? I started the Lean Phase this week.. and am feeling pretty awkward. I LOVED the Burn Phase right from the beginning. This one.. not so much. But I'm hoping that will change as I get more comfortable (and gain better balance!) with the routines.

As far a results go.. don't think I'm gonna be one of their poster children. I'm up 3-1/2 pounds from the start (two months ago).. which doesn't really bother me.. I know I've gained muscle, I can clearly SEE the muscle and definition in my arms and shoulders. But I've also gained in inches, and that does not thrill me. I've gained a full inch in my hips and 1/2 an inch in my biceps. (I did lose 1/2 inch in my calves.. which is kind of amusing, since that's the most stubborn part of my body and budged only minutely all the way through a 50 lb weight-loss last year.)

So.. I'm not exactly encouraged. I'm not stopping, I like the program and I love strength training - in one form or another, it's going to be a permanent part of my weekly routine. But I had hoped for.. more.

Wow, RENEE81170... I hadn't noticed 'till you mentioned it.. but we ARE a small little group, aren't we?

Well.. I"m still here. I continue to be right on top of the exercise.. but still so-so on the food side (though in slightly better control than last month). I see a lot more definition in my upper body.. I'm LOVIN that line that runs between shoulder and bicep.. makes me smile every morning. :)

One week 'till numbers time... it'll be interesting to see.

Good Job Crystal! glad to hear you are still loving it! I've been doing good with the work outs too but have also been "not" doing so good with the eating. I actually gained a few lbs back myself but not from the added muscle :0

I've been keeping up with the workouts quite well, despite a low-back flare up a couple of weeks ago. I love the workouts so much that I find it easy to stay on track with them.. I just really look forward to them, even after 6 weeks. I'm actually disappointed on cardio days that I don't get to lift weights!

Have not been as successful on the food side though.. I wasn't prepared for how hungry the workouts would make me, and I wasn't particularly careful how I fed that hunger. :( I actually gained a couple of pounds and (small incremental) inches after the first month. I can clearly see muscle and definition in my arms that I didn't have before.. I've definitely added some muscle.. but I don't think I can blame small weight gain on the little bit of added muscle I've built so far! :) So.. this month I'm trying to be more careful on the food side. I LOVE the definition and shape I'm getting.

Hows everyone doing? I'm sluggish :( I had a stressful month and am on again off again.. I really want to start strong in APRIL :) I hope you all are doing great! I need the motivation!!! I'm going to go strong and also lose 10lbs in April :)

Same here I only lost a few inches but feel likely results should have been better I actually did measure body fat and take pictures Im going to check that tomorrow. I was actually really lazy today and didn't do my workout today :(. I will catch up tomorrow

Okay, results for burn phase... No lbs lost, all measurements the same except 1 1/2 in off my waiste. Makes me wonder if I measured correctly, especially my arms because I can see more definition and actual biceps! I am much stronger (push ups are no longer my enemy), my abs are coming back and my thighs feel more toned. I think maybe pics and body fat% may have been a better gauge.

This next month my goal is to sneak in more cardio when I can and keep the eats as clean as I can:)

I'm ready for the next phase! Just burn 3 for the last time this eve and some cardio this weekend. Starting push 1 Monday even though the calendar is a little different for some reason. Measurements tomorrow morning! Hoping for something there because the scale hasn't moved.

well this should be my week 3 but i got off track last week and only worked out once :( between juggling Spring Break/Work/Household I got off track. I did do a lot of yard work during the week which was really good cardio....so I am going to say this is still my week 2. I am not giving up...Staying positive!

I know what you mean about wanting more cardio. I actually do a little extra cardio on Mon/Wed/Friday. and I walk a couple miles on the days off. I'm not going to weigh or measure until the end of this week. I can tell I'm getting great results! Who else is still with us?

Time for week 4! I really like these workouts but am feeling the need for more cardio. I tried to squeeze in a little extra here and there this week and went on a 5 mi run today. I can foresee some runs with the jogging stroller instead of burn intervals or burn it off. I wonder how that would impact my results...???

Week 2 done and I'm a little sore but not at all like last week. Last weeks eating wasn't so great for me either. I ate healthy, just toooo much. My 6th month old hasn't been sleeping well and when I'm overly tired I can't seem to get full. This weeks goal- eat only when my stomach is telling me to and close the kitchen after dinner! Have a good week 3!!

Hey everyone! we just finished week two! How is it going for everyone? I've had a crazy stressful week and still kept up on the work outs. But have been eating really bad since tuesday.. hoping to start eating better this week :)

Good Job everyone! I know I've never tried a work out like this before either.. I'm even sore after the stretching days. Good luck losing those last 10 lbs before the marathon! Can't wait to start week TWO! I didn't take today off either.. I did a short walk on the treadmilll :)

I'm a week late, but I am in, too! I have started CLX 2x before but never finished. Right now I'm training for a half marathon in May, so I may use slightly lower weights, but I really think working on my strength will help me run better! I'm also stuck on an 8 week plateau at Weight Watchers, so I'm hoping the weights will help me lose these last 11 pounds, too! I'm starting tomorrow!

Yes! I am loving it so far! It is so different than my usual style of working out and I can really tell because my shoulders hurt if you touch them and the muscles on my outer thighs right above my knees have never been sore before in my life and right now they are killing me. In a good way of course :) Tomorrow I am planning on a run instead of rest and then Monday week 2!

I'm going to try to stick with the schedule as best I can, I was really getting lazy toward the end but finished and was in a GREAT mood. Tonight will be my first night of Burn 3 interested to see if it is about the same as the first 2. Lets stick with it! I'm really anxious for RESULTS!

Whew I know what you mean! Woke up this morning .... Ouch my shoulders and outer thighs! I like that workout but I can see me doing other cardio instead some days so I don't get bored since that one is on the schedule for the whole 3 months.

I was actually still a little sore this morning. I did day two and also a 30 min slow walk on the treadmill. I'm a little worried about my wrist. I had carpal tunnel when I was pregnant with my last child and it still bothers me every now and then ( I think to much cell phone use too) so push ups have not been easy

I'm going to try and follow the meal plan (not to the letter but as close as possible) Yesterday was my first day and it went really good. I was really surprised and THRILLED when I woke up sore this a.m. !! Good Luck everyone! and I know I asked this in the other tread but did you guys take before pics? and measure?

I just found my ChaLean set and dusted them off last night and started with Burn 1. I guess stumbling across this challenge on my first day back to Sparkpeople was not coincidence. It's proof that the time is NOW for me to get back in the fitness race and WIN! Good luck to all of us! I'm IN!
