Anyone else still here? I started the Lean Phase this week.. and am feeling pretty awkward. I LOVED the Burn Phase right from the beginning. This one.. not so much. But I'm hoping that will change as I get more comfortable (and gain better balance!) with the routines.
As far a results go.. don't think I'm gonna be one of their poster children. I'm up 3-1/2 pounds from the start (two months ago).. which doesn't really bother me.. I know I've gained muscle, I can clearly SEE the muscle and definition in my arms and shoulders. But I've also gained in inches, and that does not thrill me. I've gained a full inch in my hips and 1/2 an inch in my biceps. (I did lose 1/2 inch in my calves.. which is kind of amusing, since that's the most stubborn part of my body and budged only minutely all the way through a 50 lb weight-loss last year.)
So.. I'm not exactly encouraged. I'm not stopping, I like the program and I love strength training - in one form or another, it's going to be a permanent part of my weekly routine. But I had hoped for.. more.
