I've been making my own mix with cheese-its or goldfish or pretzels (1/2 serving) and peanuts, almonds, sometimes a few cashews and then I'll throw in a tiny serving of baby m&m's and/or a couple of yogurt pretzels for something sweet. Since most "mixes" use raisins, which I hate, making my own mix is something I'm really starting to enjoy.

Greek yogurt 15-20 almonds, cashews or pisachios Cold glass of V8 Juice (very filling...great to enjoy while cooking dinner as it helps to curb appetite @ 35 calories a serving!) 1 ounce serving of dark chocolate Low fat popcorn with a glass of Club Soda served with lemon or lime slice

I been snacking on nuts & wasabi peas ( dried peas ). Both have protein content & with wasabi peas - I canT overeat bcuz it gets TOO spicy after 20 pcs peas ;-) lol I'm sure fruits would be better snacks , but I'm not much of a fruit eater , I prefer them in smoothies ;-) lol
