PS--which circuit are you on? I think the first 2 circuits (Burn and Push) are upper and lower, targeting different muscle groups on top (bi's, tri's, shoulders, back, chest) with 1, 2, and 3. So at the end of the week you will have worked all the muscle groups. The Lean Circuit works the top and the bottom together, so you work harder and get more muscle groups involved.
Usually she says at the beginning of the workout if you listen closely, among all the other chatter...I know a few: Lean Circuit 1 is Biceps, Triceps, Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves. I think Lean Circuit 2 is Shoulders and Legs. I could look at the worksheets and tell you if you can't find a list...let me know.
I don't know if there is a list such as you are asking for, but someone else might. I just go by the pictures in the Guide Book to tell what muscles are being worked and if that's the circuit I want to do that day :)
