I was wondering if there is a list out in cyberland of the muscle groups worked in each circuit of CLX.
I'm curious to know if (for example) Burn Circuit 1 is considered full body and Burn Circuit 2 is considered full body etc. Same goes for the Push, Lean Phase circuits.
Or if a circuit just focuses on certain muscle groups then the next circuit focuses on others.
I know the guide lists the exercises themselves just not sure which muscle groups are being targeted with the movements.
