I have all the programs / workouts you mention:
If you are interested in similar level of intensity but variety, the deluxe workouts are fun.
If you are interested in going for more endurance/ stamina and HIIT training (if unfamiliar, read some articles on SP), then TF is the next step. I love them all :)
I started with turbo jam too [lost 45 lbs with it!] but then i got Turbo Fire and- WOW! Its not a "light" cardio workout, you know? I mean she reeeealy stepped it up in TF compared to TJ. But TJ will always have a special place in my DVD collection! If you get all the DVDs there is a great 30 minute workout that is still intense but short. A 45 EZ [fun but still NOT for whimps] a 45 TF Class thats a lil more intense than the EZ, a 55EZ thats anything but easy! and a 60 minute cardio BLAST!!! Plus it comes with Sculpting, Toning, Upper & Lower body weight/ resistance training classes too! It even comes with a stretch 10 and strech 40 dvds that are basically yoga with out all the sillieness! I love them alllll. And the HIIT work outs are so cool. They get you going for one minute then rest a minute- go- rest- go - rest- its cool. There is no way I can forget to mention the music too! It is 100x's better than in TJ! I love the songs and itsw so intense but so fun! I have a feeling you'd love it and if you buy it used from amazon you'll save money! I got the full set [plus all the extras!] for 79 $$$
Go for it!
How does the burn interval and burn it off compare with turbo fire?
just how much harder is the turbo fire?
How are the workouts different or the same?
I have been doing chalean and turbo jam. Turbo Jam is still fun but even with weight gloves its what I do for a fun / light workout
so trying to decide do I get more of the chalean cardio (deluxe workouts) or get turbo fire
