When I did this last year...Push had the least amount of inches lost. So, mot surprised, but it is all part of the process and you have to trust the process.

In addition, I would say to be sure you're getting nutrition you need -- you may be in starvation mode. Many people show progress through eating more (protein or the right other stuff)

It will all come together- unless your eating is completely wild! LOL! Lean has you going back to 10-12 reps and does more upper/lower at the same time so you will get more of a cardio workout with it as well. I didn't lose weight with CLX the first 2 phases, but my eating was off too. At first I was doing too little, then too much, then I balanced it all out and the weight came off. :-)

You lift lighter in Lean. I did a mixture of Cardio including those in CLX

Does Lean phase have you lift heavier.... I was confused, I see it goes up to more reps


Also did you follow the CLX cardio as I do all turbo fire cardio

I am sure I won't lose anytime soon with Thanksgiving!

So frustrated as I am also doing turbo fire 5 days a week too

I am lifting 25 on leg stuff, 15-20 on back and chest and 12- 15 on arm and shoulder
