I started with Turbo fire last spring, bought it from Beachbody. Did the 20 week program that and loved it and seen great results. Took a break over the summer did biking with my husband all summer. I bought the CLX program for 29.95 off ebay ( Turbo Fire cost me $280.00 ) and CLX didnt come with the workouts program. So I was able to get it online thanks to somebody on sparkpeople. So I am on week 3 of the Hybrid and love it. I love working with weights and then the mix of cardio of Turbo. Good luck I love both programs.

PKJ is my favorite Chalene workout of all time! It's so much fun! I'll motivate you with your TJ/CLX! CLX can get a little boring so that is why I decided to do the hybrid to get some variety! I'll keep posting you and cheering you on.

I know exactly what you mean. Once I get on track and really start enjoying it, at least in the past, I found that I could get a workout in later. But for now, if I don't do it before I get too busy on the computer, I won't do it at all. I'm semi-retired, and work from home, so it's very easy for me to find a multiple of excuses NOT to work out. I'm kind of bored with CLX being that I've re-started four times but never completely finished. I KNOW it's the best workout for me but it just doesn't get my juices going, so this morning I did Turbo Jam/PKJ. That's the Chalene I really like!
I don't have Turbo Fire. I did have it which is why I have the schedule, but it was just too intense for me, and really too much money, so I sent it back. But I'd be happy to encourage you on, and you can do the same for me.

I'll get about 1 or 2 workouts in and then something will happen and there goes my motivation! I purchased Tracey Anderson's Metamorphosis and thought it might be different enough to get me back on track, but I couldn't stand the cardio portion. I agree with you! Getting back on track is so hard but I once heard that it takes 30 days to create a habit, so for the next 30 days I'm going to be aware of what I am putting into my body, and getting daily workouts in. I'm going to do Stretch 40 this evening, but will get back into morning workouts tomorrow morning. If I don't get my workout done in the morning, I will make excuses and not get it done at night. I would love to have a buddy if you would want to do this together!

I hope this helps with your motivation. I've been slacking for quite a while, and am doing a bit of Turbo Jam and ChaLEAN Extreme. It sure is tough getting started again after being lazy for so long.

Just curious, have you been working out at all? I only ask because I haven't been.

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since I've been active with this group! I lost focus and tried some other programs, but have found that they just don't motivate me like Chalene does!
