I love CE, after 3 rounds of CE I bought P90x, but fell off after a month, because the workouts are way too long, I am back doing CE and using P90X cardios. I cannot get back into doing P90X, wasn't sure I was doing the pullups right.
I always fell off the wagon with P90X because the workouts were too long and I was not that successful. With CE, I am capable of completing all the exercises and feel progress quickly when I can use heavier weights. Good for you that you no longer have sore legs!
Put one foot in front of the other and soon you'll be walking out the door!
I love to hear this! I too did not realize how many gains I made with Chalean Extreme until after I had finished the program! I still use several of the discs for a quick strength work out when I have a little less time. Love those compound moves!

I've done P90X several times, then promptly fell off the wagon... To get back on the wagon I started and completed Chalene Extreme. Yesterday, I did Legs & Back from P90X and it was EASY. I don't have any soreness at all today. I'm actually going to use weights next time I do it just to make it more Extreme! I really can't believe it because after doing the Legs & Back workout in the past it would be so painful that I couldn't walk for the 3 days after. CE really prepared me for P90X and I am very greatful. It's a bummer when you are so sore that you can't imagine working out...
