I am also feeling a little frustrated with my scale. I am now in the third week of the Burn Phase and have not lost any weight. How long does it take to see results on the scale? I am seeing results in firming up though. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I haven't lost any weight. In fact the little that I did lose, I gained it back again. However, I am looking a lot more toned and slimmer and have lost 0.5 inches in my waist and 1 inch in my hips! I'm now entering the PUSH phase!

Congrats! I think I'm losing inches, but my last jump on the scale I was up a bit, which really wasn't that much and I have been doing the weights, so while I was bummed I wasn't really surprised. In fact, I wondered if I should be eating a little more, but I've not been overly hungry (well, on some days). Really need to whip out the tape measure before I move on to the Push phase.
