I am also feeling a little frustrated with my scale.
I am now in the third week of the Burn Phase and
have not lost any weight. How long does it take to
see results on the scale? I am seeing results in firming
up though. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I haven't lost any weight. In fact the little that I did lose, I gained it back again. However, I am looking a lot more toned and slimmer and have lost 0.5 inches in my waist and 1 inch in my hips! I'm now entering the PUSH phase!

I know. I have been starving too. I am trying to increase my protein. With turbo fire, I found a calorie range that helped me consistently lose weight...I am not sure on CLX.

Congrats! I think I'm losing inches, but my last jump on the scale I was up a bit, which really wasn't that much and I have been doing the weights, so while I was bummed I wasn't really surprised. In fact, I wondered if I should be eating a little more, but I've not been overly hungry (well, on some days). Really need to whip out the tape measure before I move on to the Push phase.

I was down a pound today.
So far, my only noticeable change is every limb of my body is sore and my unbelievable appetite! ...so the 1 lb loss today was a nice way to start the week!
I am on my last week of CLX burn phase.
