to calculate your BMR and then there's a place on the site for you to calculate your calories based on your activity level.

I would say it was high activity! for sure! everyone is different, so everyone will have to consume different calories..you may have to just play with it and see what works.. do a certain amount of calories for a couple weeks, see what happens with that.. :)

Now that I am doing CLX, I am confused on how many calories to eat. On TF, I averaged 1400-1500. I am 5'7. 162
I have ran some calorie calculators and I have to input activity level. What would be considered heavy activity?
I do TF 30, 45 or 55 on a burn day and then on off days do one of those TF again.
I have no idea on how many calories to consume
My goal is 150 weight
