I love shakeology. I always mix it with 12 oz water and a whole frozen banana. Delish!

I agree witht he ice.. I dont like mine very thick, so I dotn put as much ice, but it does make i better!

I would add ice and more liquid....I put almost 2 cups in mine...for the choc...1 cup milk(any kind) and 1 cup water....

I would suggest starting off with 1/2 scoop..I dont like it with just water..Ive been mixing mine with coconut milk(Silk pure coconut) a little carmel extract, PB2, water and ice.. and I add 12-14oz liquid.. it gives me more to drink and the chocolate isnt as strong!! You can add banana to it as well.. or vanilla flavoring, just a few drops!

I mixed it w/1 cup of skim milk, and 2 tbls of PB2 in a blender. Should I be adding ice?

This is my 4th day on it and I was not at all impressed with it....until this morning I added some chocolate soy milk because I'm allergic to regular milk and man what a difference it made...It tasted like a chocolate shake....I don't know how you feel about soy milk or even regular chocolate milk but try it and see if you like it better

Maybe trying some fruit juice will help. I actually do like the chocolate (mixed with almond milk because it's too sweet with just water) but hate the greenberry.

So, everyone seems to rav and rav about shakeology. But, I can't seem to get over the taste! I mixed the chocolate today w/1 cup of skim milk and 2 tablespoons of PB2 and still don't like it. I can't drink almond milk (as I am allergic to treat nuts).
HELP!
