Beth, I love it!! I havent wore it as much lately, but wore it for almost 2 years! Its amazing! It is 90% accurate! I did lose weight on it. more if I would watch what I eat!! It measures how many calories you burn in a 24 hr period.. you input your info(weight, height, age) and it sets your BMR then as you wear it , it measures temperature.. not heartrate.... Its so worth the money!!!
TMATTHWES~~ Yes, they have an app, I think you have have the new body bugg??? I think.. google it, Im not certain on it.. I think the new ones are the ones u can link to the ipad?? mine cant, and Ive had it for 2 years...

Does anyone know if a body bug works with an IPAD? Also, I have the option to by a used one. It is a white and grey, is that worth it or are there more advances with a new one.

sounds like a good reange.. I know for me, on days I do TF, according to my body bugg, I will burn over 3000 calories for the day, making me able to eat 2000 and still create a 1000 calories deficit.. On lifting days I am way more hungrier! :) I would give it a few weeks! I think you are doing a great job!!! :)

That is awesome!!!! With adding in CLX make sure you are getting enough to eat.. also starting a new program, the scale will flucuate, your body will adapt and that pound will disappear!!! CONGRATS on your weight loss!!! You are awesome!!!

I started weight loss January 3rd with various workouts and lost 30. In April, I started Turbofire and lost another 53, so 83 total since January.

Last week I did CLX burn with TF 30 each day of burn, on the off days I did TF 45 or 55. This week did burn and rip it to shreds took a rest day today

Gained 1 pound so far.

I have been finding just adding a HIIT before the BURN workouts is great and also doing TF Fires or CLX cardio on the off days like I think you are planning on doing. Like KNM said, they are such a great combo. I have a Hybrid challenge posted below if you want to join in.

I 100% know if I did my diet better during CLX round 1, I woudl have done better, too! Making that change this time.

Fantastic weight loss, by the way! How long did that take with Turbo Fire?

and I would say really watch calorie intake! I think if my food wouldve been better, I would have seen better results!

I had to add more cardio too.. but some dont have to! Find what works best for You! you can add anything cardio too!

I respectfully disagree. Yes you may gain muscle weight but I don't think CX burns enough calories to keep the fat at bay. I recommend adding 30 minutes of cardio to your weightlifting days. I use the bonus workout.

If I lose inches esp. Around upper and lower waist and firm up all over. I don't care about the scale

Congrats on your loss!! I agree about not worrying about gaining.. you might se a slight difference in the scale, but your muscles are taking on some water for healing them.. Keep track of the inches lost! Turbo Fire and CLX are a great combo!!!

I finally got started on CLX last week...So .sore! I have been doing turbo fire since April and lost 54 lbs! I am happy where I am at...just want to get rid of what remains of my belly bulge and define muscles now, lose another 10.

I am so worried that I will gain weight. I have been adding TF workouts on the rest days.


Any suggestions?
