COngrats on losing the weight!!!! way to go!!! are you losing inches?? I wouldnt focus more on inches.. Chalene says you LEan out in this phase, and I agree with Sarah... and if you are only eating 1300 calories a day, that is more than likely not enough! your metabolism has more than likely shot up!!!! so your body requires more calories, its a playing game as to everyones body is so diferent! you have to find what works for you!

It really is so hard to know! If your body fat percentage is less than 10% then I think it's going to be really hard for you to get any smaller. Not that it can't be done but it would take you really knowing what you are burning.
Do you have a HRM/bodybugg type device to let you know? All of the reasons you mentioned could be the answer, I think that's why it can be so frustrating. IT could be muscle/eating too much/eating too little, etc...I also know for me that when I am doing CLX regurarly that I can't get the scale to drop below 150. I sit at 152. But when I take it out for a season and just do FIRE then I can get to 148. Muscle/water weight from being sore? Hard to know.
The main thing is that I feel you are discouraged. Are you discouraged when you look in the mirror or just bc you think the scale should say 115? I've had to put my scale away for periods of time bc it messed up my head about how amazing I look.

I recently finished the third phase of ChaLean Extreme from Beachbody, the Lean Phase. Up until the third phase, I had been steadily losing weight. By Phase 3 I had lost 10-15 pounds. I either started ChaLean weighing 140 or 135 (unsure) and by Phase 3 I was down to 125 (I'm female, 5 '3) and fairly toned.
I just finished Phase 3 and haven't lost much. Maybe only 2 pounds--I was expecting to lose at least another 5 pounds. My doctor said someone of my height should be about 115 but that I wasn't overweight. My body fat percentage is in the "Lean" category, I think under 10%.
I followed the Lean Phase of the program as well as I did for the first two phases--following the nutrition plan pretty cleanly, lifting heavy, failing before the 12th rep, etc.
What have I done wrong? Have I plateaued or is this just the right weight for me? Will I continue to lose going into the Lean for Life phase? Should I increase my calories going into the phase like it says (maintenance) or should I continue to consume 1300 per day/high protein, low carbs?
