I actually LOVE the breakdown sets. POINTAFTER, do you just keep repeating the whole thing? I've got one more day of Lean and not sure how I want to do the Lean for Life phase. If I want to follow the calendar in her book, or if I want to do one day each of Burn, Push and Lean or one week of each. Curious what other people are doing.
