I am on my last month of CLX. I am doing the “Lean for Life” phase. Lean for Life (in case someone is not familiar) has workouts from each phase. (Burn Circuit 1, Push Circuit 2 and Lean Circuit 3) You do each circuit once a week, all four weeks.
I am interesting in finding out other variations with CLX. What have you done after you finished your first round? Has anyone combined all circuits (like in the Lean for Life phase) in one week or month? If so, what circuits did you do? Has anyone done one complete circuit one week (Like BC1, BC2 and BC3) and then another complete circuit (like PC1, PC2 and PC3) the next week? I want to get ideas for when I am done with the Lean for Life phase.
PS- I have Turbo Fire. Does anyone thing the TF/CLX is good? Did you enjoy it? Too easy? Too hard? Boring?
