I just count it all as "circuit training" and put in the minutes... Takes too much time to break it down individually, and I like to see it as my total workout minutes ;-)

I dont log them at all as its seems like too much like hard work, im lazy i did log burn 1 but havent done the rest
I took the time as I did with P90X to enter each of the lifting routines in as a strength training workout. It takes time, however, it is all there and I only have to pick the workouts and all the moves are listed and I can adjust my weights as necessary. I don't necessarily worry about calories burnt during the lifting. I do have a heart rate monitor for all cardio sessions.

I do the same as Carla and use my HRM to get the calories burned.

If you are a runner, it doesn't matter how far or how fast. It doesn't matter if today is your first day or if you've been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run." J Bingham
For the fitness tracker here on Spark, I track it as cardio. I wear my HRM and enter calories burned from that.

Wondering how other are logging Chaleans workouts into the fitness tracker. When I did P90X there was a drop box with that workout. Can you tell me what you do? I want to keep track the best way possible. Thank you
