hi i have been doing the first two weeks off burn along side my boxing training, i hit a wall last week and was preforming terrible at chx and my training. i currently train three evenings a week for 2-2.30 hours. My friend who doing p90x suggested that i take out chaleans cardio workouts and pencil in my training sessions at the gym.
our boxing training consists of 30-40 minutes of high intensity intervals inc plyometrics. bag work speed bag sparring and endurnce exercises with free weights.
would it be ok to do three nights of this and the three weight training dvds with the ab work after?
my week would look like this.
mon burn 1 ( skipping and 30min bag work after)
tue burn two ( ab burner+ bag work )
wed boxing (and 15-30 min skipping)
thur boxing (and 15-30 min skipping)
friday burn 3 ab burner.
sat boxing with recharge in the pm.
the bag work i do at home isnt as intense as when at the gym its more about speed exercises and accuracy.
