ohh i plan on starting insanity at the start of the lean for life phase. so far i am sticking to the plan ok, however this past few days i have been worrying how my 30 days pictures will look...I think its nerves and know its unrealistic to expect dramatic results.
It think this is great too. I found some Kenpo Kickboxing (not beachbody related) and have been subbing those for Burn Intervals and Burn It off. I am doing the full Insanity schedule with CLX maintenance for life schedule and it has worked out really well to do it this way. I think it will be a great workout for you. Great job and planning!
hi i have been doing the first two weeks off burn along side my boxing training, i hit a wall last week and was preforming terrible at chx and my training. i currently train three evenings a week for 2-2.30 hours. My friend who doing p90x suggested that i take out chaleans cardio workouts and pencil in my training sessions at the gym. our boxing training consists of 30-40 minutes of high intensity intervals inc plyometrics. bag work speed bag sparring and endurnce exercises with free weights. would it be ok to do three nights of this and the three weight training dvds with the ab work after? my week would look like this. mon burn 1 ( skipping and 30min bag work after) tue burn two ( ab burner+ bag work ) wed boxing (and 15-30 min skipping) thur boxing (and 15-30 min skipping) friday burn 3 ab burner. sat boxing with recharge in the pm. sunday rest. the bag work i do at home isnt as intense as when at the gym its more about speed exercises and accuracy.
