I would stick with the CE schedule when it has the weight workouts (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday), then add in your other workouts from TF on the other days. I do some of the TF HIIT workouts on the CE weight days too. The other CE workouts are intervals, those are good too. Maybe try alternating those with the TF :-)

I love both of these workouts. Will you be donig the hybrid or just CLX? My advice is like Chalene "go heavy or go home" I found out that it's really easy to not push yourself to your potential and just slide by if you don't do the pushing! I had no idea I could lift the kind of weights I do. . .sometimes 90+ pounds or more (45-50 combined) at a time. I have not bulked up and I am seeing amazing results. I will be starting a Hybrid in a couple of weeks (the 9th of September). Good Luck. . .you are going to love it. The Cardio in it is nothing like TurboFire other than a few of the moves, in fact the cardio is more Interval training than anything. Oh how I do love the muscle endurance work out though. . .it hurts in a good way, but is my favorite!!
I actually started off with CLX then got TF and was going to just follow both programs together then saw that there was the CLX Hybrid. So I took a week off and then started at the beginning of the CLX Hybrid and went from there. It was pretty easy at first cause I was already into 3 weeks of the burn circuit when I got TF.
I have been doing TF for about a month now and will be starting CE near the end of the week. Should I start the hybrid from the beginning? Is there anything I should know before I start? I'm really excited. Is the cardio like TF? I love TF but am looking for more weight training too.
