I would definitely keep the Burn Intervals as part of your program. I stopped doing Burn Intervals for a couple months while doing TF and then went back to it and it kicked my butt. I didn't realize how important the intervals were until that moment.
I have both TF and CE and I am currently using both. SO here is my question... is it better for me to do Burn intervals as a cardio or add ANOTHER TF (I currently do TF 5 AMs/week). Is the interval workout better or just burn more calories with TF. I typically burn twice as much doing a TF workout of equal length, but do I ***need*** to incorporate weighted intervals? Thoughts/comments appreciated :)
